The Stadium Experience:

Back to where it all began - Michie Stadium. It's been more than 2 years since I have been in this venue, and it was like coming home. It was a complete sellout as Boston College fans purchased about 6,000 tickets, and made the quick drive down to the Hudson River Valley. The place was ROCKIN'! Forget bias this was a 10. The views from where we sat were simply magnificent. The leaves were getting some color. The cloud cover reminded us that this was autumn, and that Sleepy Hollow would soon be preparing itself for the Headless Horseman's ride -- 10. I was invited to a special breakfast, where the Rabble Rousers stopped in for a performance, and it just added to the event's atmosphere. If you go, you must get there for the Parade of Cadets 3 hours before game time, and make sure you are someplace where you can see the festivities (the March of Cadets, the Paratroopers, etc) inside the stadium 20 minutes before game time. Unfortunately, the high winds prevented the parachute jump at game time. The Rabble Rousers made up for that -- 10. Public parking is over the mountain and thru the woods, literally. :) It is organized chaos to find your way to the correct bus to your lot. It was a bit of a mess, and, sadly, I feel I have to give a low score of 5. It wasn't as bad as just sitting there like in Arizona. ugh! And at $20 it wasn't cheap either. Next year, I will ask for a pass with my donation. ;) Army gets a solid 40, and a hurrah for a victory.
